I was really impressed by the property, the valley, the people and the town of Alamosa. My lot looked exactly like the pictures that you showed me: mostly flat, slightly rolling hills, with beautiful panoramic I’ve never seen such crystal clear blue skies. Although I had no immediate plans to build on my property, after spending a few days there I’ve decided to begin construction on my log cabin with in a year or two. With Mt. Blanca to the north, and the Sangre De Cristo mountains to the east, I may have to build an all glass house to be able to enjoy all of the beauty that this valley has to offer. The turning red that the Sangre De Cristo mountains do at sunset is unbelievably beautiful. These parcels are more than I expected. I originally bought this land for investment purposes, but I think that now I will retire here. The people are friendly and courteous, the air is clean and crisp, and the views are breathtaking. I am very pleased with the thorough service and legitimacy in regards to the purchase I made. I was so pleased in fact, that I made my second 5 Acre parcel purchase a couple weeks later.
